We would like to share a brief update on the current operational situation at our Bramsche and Meppen locations.
Due to high production volumes and capacity constraints in Bramsche, we have implemented temporary measures to secure customer supply, including adjusted logistics flows and earlier relocation of certain suppliers to Meppen. These actions helps the backlog but in numerous cases we still see longer handling times and delayed deliveries.
The situation in Meppen is gradually improving. While several delays have occurred on individual shipments, the trucks are departing with fewer days delay versus the planned day. We are also working closely with our logistics partners to improve transport coordination and reliability.
In parallel, quality improvements are underway, including the introduction of automated pallet wrapping for outbound shipments, which is expected to further improve stability and delivery quality.
Our focus remains on stabilizing operations as quickly as possible and minimizing the impact on our customers.
